Todos los sorteos de 54D ON publicados por 54D no están patrocinados, respaldados o administrados de ninguna manera por, ni asociados con Instagram o cualquier tercero. Al participar, usted libera y exime a Instagram de toda responsabilidad asociada con estos Sorteos. Usted comprende que está proporcionando su información al Patrocinador y no a Instagram. La información que proporcione sólo se utilizará para los fines del Sorteo respectivo ingresado.

ELEGIBILIDAD:
Para poder tener la oportunidad de ser ganador se deben cumplir los siguientes criterios:
Ser mayor de 18 años
Ser padre en condiciones de realizar ejercicios de alta intensidad

CÓMO ENTRAR:
Se requiere una cuenta de Instagram para participar en cualquier Sorteo 54D ON durante el mes de mayo y se puede abrir de forma gratuita en https://www.instagram.com. Al ingresar a cualquiera de los sorteos de 54D ON, los participantes aceptan cumplir con las políticas de Instagram que se pueden encontrar en https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511.
Para participar / ser elegible para un Sorteo 54D ON, siga todas las instrucciones respectivas según el Sorteo en el que participa durante su respectivo Período de inscripción.

SELECCIÓN DE GANADOR:
Un representante de 54D elegirá aleatoriamente hasta treinta (30) ganadores del Sorteo 54D ON inscrito en la fecha correspondiente indicada en las instrucciones de 54D de todas las inscripciones calificadas recibidas durante el Período de inscripción.
Las probabilidades de ganar dependen del número de inscripciones elegibles recibidas.
Los premios están sujetos a verificación de elegibilidad y cumplimiento de estas Reglas Oficiales.
En el caso de una disputa con respecto a las entradas recibidas de varios usuarios que tienen la misma cuenta de Instagram, se considerará que el suscriptor autorizado de la cuenta de Instagram en el momento de la entrada es el participante y debe cumplir con estas Reglas Oficiales. Un suscriptor de cuenta autorizado es la persona física a la que Instagram le asigna la cuenta de Instagram.

NOTIFICACIÓN DEL GANADOR:
Las decisiones de 54D son definitivas en todos los asuntos relacionados con estos sorteos de 54D ON.
Los posibles ganadores serán notificados a través de un mensaje directo en Instagram.
Se requiere que un ganador potencial envíe un mensaje directo a 54D con su nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento y dirección de correo electrónico dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas posteriores a la notificación o el premio se perderá y 54D no tendrá más obligaciones con respecto a dicho potencial ganador.

CANJEANDO EL PREMIO:
Los sorteos 54D ON deben canjearse antes del inicio del programa 54D ON dado. 54D o los inquilinos respectivos involucrados en el sorteo 54D ON no proporcionarán ningún costo adicional incurrido. Una vez entregado el acceso al programa, el usuario se compromete a realizar, en su totalidad el programa 54D ON con sus entrenamientos, alimentación y seguimiento.
Adicionalmente el usuario acepta el uso, publicación y grabación de testimonios, videos y fotografías sobre su trayectoria y transformación con el programa durante las 9 semanas de duración.
Los ganadores deben estar disponibles para comenzar en la Generación 55 de 54D ON que inicia el lunes 20 de junio.

No se permite la sustitución, transferencia o el equivalente en efectivo de un premio.

All 54D ON giveaways published by 54D are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any third party. Upon participating, you do not hold Instagram responsible for any liability associated with these giveaways. You understand that you are providing your information to the sponsor, not Instagram. The information provided will only be used for the corresponding giveaways you entered.

ELIGIBILITY:
The following criteria are required to be eligible for a chance to win:
Must be 18 years or older
Being a father in a position to perform high-intensity exercises.

HOW TO ENTER:
You must have an Instagram account to enter any 54D ON giveaways during the month of May. You can sign up for free at https://www.instagram.com. By entering any of the 54D ON giveaways, participants agree to abide by Instagram's policies found at https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511.
To enter/be eligible for any 54D ON giveaway, please follow all instructions for the corresponding giveaway during its participation time period.

SELECTION OF WINNER(S):
A 54D representative will randomly select up to thirty (30) winners of the 54D ON giveaway from all qualified entries received on or before the deadline indicated in 54D's instructions.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.
In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users who have the same Instagram account, the authorized Instagram account subscriber at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these official rules. An authorized account subscriber is the person to whom Instagram assigns the account.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER(S):
54D's decisions are final in all matters relating to these 54D ON giveaways.
Potential winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
A potential winner is required to send a direct message to 54D with their full name, date of birth, and email address within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or the prize will be forfeited and 54D will have no further obligation to such potential winner.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE:
Giveaway prizes must be redeemed before the start of the given 54D ON program.
54D or the tenants involved in the respective 54D ON giveaways will not provide any additional costs incurred.
Once granted access to the program, the user agrees to fully complete the training, abide by the nutrition guides, and follow up.
Additionally, the user agrees to the use, publication, and recording of testimonials, videos, and photographs of their journey and transformation with the program throughout the 9 weeks.
Winners must be available to start in Generation 55 of 54D ON starting Monday, June 20.

Substitution, transference, or cash equivalent of a prize is not permitted.
